Scepter's objective is to serve military end-users with MFCs, associated accessories and parts produced to meet stringent military specifications. Civilian standards and guidelines may differ between regions and countries, and in some cases prohibit the use of our MFCs outside a military application. The Scepter Military Fuel Cans and accessories are not EPA compliant. In the USA the Scepter MFCs and its accessories and its parts are sold and delivered only for military applications under an exemption issued by the EPA.
