Scepter produces the most advanced and most comprehensive plastic military ammunition packaging system. Our packaging systems are corrosion-proof, lightweight and virtually indestructible. Scepter develops and produces these containers and other components in the systems in a fully integrated operation in full cooperation with both or either ammunition manufacturers and end-users. We manage and execute the initial product concept through engineering design, tool and die-making to quality manufacturing, testing and delivery.

Every Scepter ammunition container is designed to stack in efficient palletized unit loads for mechanized storage and transportation, yet be easily dismounted and man portable. There is minimal debris generated by unpacking an individual container or dismounting a palletized unit load.

The containers have easy-to-open twist-lock caps, or latched caps, with provision for security seals. No special tools are required for opening. The ammunition is easy to remove from the containers. In larger calibres, devices to assist removal are provided. Unused rounds are easily repacked, even in the field.

Scepter plastic ammunition packaging has been paired with ammunition in calibres ranging from 60mm Infantry to 155mm Artillery .

Versatile:

Each round of ammunition is protected by a unique system of rigid supports and rubber cushions, which can be configured so that the container will pack every type of ammunition within a given calibre. The excellent durability of Scepter's plastic ammunition packaging comes from lightweight, all-plastic construction, which is both waterproof and dustproof. It will never rust, colours are permanent, and the packaging is easily NBC decontaminated.

Rugged:

Scepter's plastic ammunition packaging provides rugged rough-handling protection for bounce, vibration, drops and watertightness across an extreme temperature range of -48 degrees C to +63 degrees C, meeting and even exceeding NATO performance standards. All Scepter ammunition containers surpass the United Nations Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations and are Design Registered with Transport Canada.

Reusable:

Ammunition packaging made by Scepter can be reused many times and is suitable for long-term storage.
